Nourish daily
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream regularly. Gentle daily care helps keep the surrounding skin comfortable and your finish looking its best.

Protect your set
Wear gloves for cleaning and washing up. Avoid prolonged soaking, harsh chemicals and using nails to open lids, scrape or pick.

Never peel or pick
Do not pull off gel, builder gel or acrylic. Arrange professional removal to reduce the risk of stripping layers from your natural nail.
- 04
Keep maintenance personal
Ask us when to return for your particular set. Growth, length and daily wear all matter; contact the salon if you notice lifting or a break.
If you experience pain, swelling, itching, a rash or unusual discolouration, stop using nail products and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not cover a suspected infection with a new set.

A few simple agreements that keep every appointment safe, unhurried and clear for both of us.
Health first
We won't work on a nail that is infected, injured or recently damaged. Please tell us before your appointment so we can advise you properly.
Removal done here
Gel, acrylic and builder gel are taken off here with professional tools. Please don't peel, pick or file a set off at home.
